About the Role

Looking for a stable day-shift warehouse role where you can stay active, keep things moving, and play an essential part behind the scenes? Through Bridge Staffing Agency, we are recruiting a day-shift Warehouse Operative for Bidfood in Slough. You will work across ambient, chilled, and frozen environments to ensure every customer order is accurately picked, loaded safely, and ready to go on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Loading: Accurately pick customer orders and load vehicles efficiently for daily delivery.

• Stock Management: Organise, store, and move products safely across the warehouse environment.

• Equipment Operation: Use pump trucks, power pallet trucks, and forklifts safely (full training provided).

• Team Collaboration: Support colleagues to keep operations running smoothly and ensure drivers leave on time with complete orders.
