Business Development Manager
Location: LycaHealth & Orpington Endoscopy Services, Orpington
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time – 40 hours per week
Salary: £40,000.00 – £45,000.00 per annum

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Business Development Manager to join the team at LycaHealth and Orpington Endoscopy Services.

Develop and deliver robust business growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives and private healthcare market trends.
Build, maintain, and leverage strong professional relationships with corporates, clinicians, insurers, and external partners.
Identify opportunities for new services, clinical pathways, and stakeholder growth while supporting the onboarding and integration of new partners.
Represent LycaHealth at external networking events and meetings, providing regular performance and growth updates to senior leadership.
Competitive annual salary ranging from £40,000.00 to £45,000.00.

Significant senior business development experience within the private healthcare sector, backed by a strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder relationship management skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of the London and regional healthcare market, with a professional, credible, and results-driven approach.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
