Role Overview
Position: Carer / Care Assistant (Bank Contract)
Location: Hartsholme House, Ashby Avenue, Lincoln, LN6 0ED
Pay Rate: £13.62 per hour (Higher weekend pay rates available)
Contract Type: Bank (Flexible hours and shifts to suit your lifestyle)
Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026
About Hartsholme House
Located close to the centre of Lincoln, Hartsholme House offers outstanding dementia, residential, and day care for up to 44 residents. The home stands within spacious gardens and features a private entrance leading directly into the beautiful Hartsholme Park on the outskirts of the historic city.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support) with warmth, respect, and dignity.
Bringing kindness, exceptional care, and joy to help residents live happy, fulfilled lives.
Becoming part of an extended family where you'll build wonderful relationships, share laughter, and create lasting memories.
