Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Bank Senior Care Assistant for South Chowdene Care Home. In this casual, flexible position, you will provide vital cover when needed (such as for annual leave or sickness), supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team with medication, care plans, and reviews, and helping maintain a warm, welcoming environment.

What You Will Need

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

• Knowledge & Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

• Personal Qualities: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and naturally motivational, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to resident dignity.
