Business Development Manager (Healthcare & Complex Care)
Location: Field-Based / Hybrid (Wimbledon Head Office + travel across London and surrounding areas)
Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary: £55,000 per annum + £20,000 OTE + £5,000 Car Allowance

We are currently recruiting a driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across NHS and private commissioning channels for London and the Southeast.

Own the full healthcare sales lifecycle—from identifying opportunities through to winning, onboarding, and mobilising new care packages (75% business development / 25% mobilisation).
Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with NHS commissioners, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), case managers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and governance teams to ensure new care services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory frameworks.
Competitive base salary of up to £55,000, plus an achievable £20,000 OTE and a £5,000 car allowance.

Proven business development experience within healthcare, complex care, or social care sectors.
A strong working knowledge of NHS structures, commissioning processes, and Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding pathways.
Commercial drive, target focus, and the ability to build immediate credibility with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
