About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with Lidl to recruit a collaborative, determined, and energetic Customer Assistant in Portland. In this entry-level, fast-paced role, no two shifts are ever the same.
From restocking shelves and running tills to baking fresh goods and maintaining the middle aisles, you will keep the store moving and business booming. This is a wonderful opportunity to build your retail experience with a supportive team and a globally recognized brand.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Act as a Lidl expert, offering a warm smile and answering customer questions, queries, and requests.
Store Presentation: Keep the store clean, tidy, organised, and fully merchandised.
Stock & Deliveries: Efficiently work incoming deliveries and maintain stock levels across all aisles.
Specialized Tasks: Proactively bake fresh goods to keep the bakery topped up and expertly manage Non-Food middle-aisle displays.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
Flexibility to start shifts early or finish late as needed.
A positive, adaptable attitude toward changing daily priorities.
