About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistant for Winchester House Care Home.
In this vital night-shift leadership role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care and support. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants. You will also support the clinical team in specialized areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. Throughout your shift, you will champion the dignity and preferences of our residents, helping to maintain a safe, warm, and supportive nighttime environment.
About You
We are looking for a warm-hearted, compassionate leader committed to high-standard, individualized care. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
