About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant for Raleigh Manor Care Home.
In this vital night-shift role, you will help ensure our residents are safe, comfortable, and well-supported throughout the night. You will assist with night-time care needs, follow tailored care plans, provide gentle companionship, and ensure every resident enjoys peace of mind while they sleep. No two shifts are the same, offering a fulfilling environment to put your caring skills to meaningful use.
About You
We are looking for a warm-hearted individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional night care. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience: Some previous experience caring for older people.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
