As an Online Team Leader - Home Delivery at Morrisons, you will be the driving force behind our in-store online operations. You'll manage and inspire your team to ensure every customer order is accurately picked, packed, and delivered on time, combining strong leadership with efficient operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a high-performing in-store online team to deliver outstanding, friendly service.
Create an engaging environment where colleagues are trusted, valued, and encouraged to share improvement ideas.
Oversee department data to identify opportunities to simplify processes, increase speed, and mitigate risks.
Ensure all orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered within required timescales with a minimal number of substitutions.
Guarantee strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations.
Build a supportive, performance-driven culture that recognizes and rewards achievement.
About You
