Job Overview
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Support Worker to join our team in Bexley, Bromley, and Newham.

What You Will Do
Encouraging: Help individuals play active roles in their communities to foster independence
Supporting: Assist with daily living activities, including social activities, personal care, routines, meal planning, and budgeting
Communicating & Engaging: Communicate effectively using people’s chosen methods and motivate them to enhance their quality of life
Specialising: Provide positive behavioural support approaches for individuals who need them
Recording & Teamwork: Keep accurate records, report changes in health or circumstances to management, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
Full UK driver's licence
A compassionate, proactive attitude and a passion for empowering others
