Supportive Bridge Limited is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Staff Nurse to join Bradley Complex Care in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to provide high-quality care within a specialist Learning Disability and Autism service. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting adults with complex needs while developing your nursing career in a rewarding healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
Monitor and accurately document patient progress.
Support and mentor colleagues within the nursing team.

Requirements

Registered Nurse qualification (RMN or RNLD).
Valid NMC registration.
Completed Preceptorship with evidence.
