As a Warehouse Operative (Nights) representing Bridge Staffing Agency at Bidfood in Battersea, you will play a crucial role in keeping our operations moving while the rest of the city sleeps. • Active & Hands-on: A fast-paced role across ambient, chilled, and frozen environments using the ‘Qpick’ system and arm scanners.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders across multiple temperature zones using Qpick technology and arm scanners.

• Load products efficiently, ensuring they are arranged, stored, and secured correctly.

• Operate handling equipment safely, with full training provided (including pump trucks, power pallet trucks, and forklifts).

• Support your team to ensure drivers leave the warehouse on schedule with the right orders for our customers.

What You Need to Apply

• A passion for delivering great service and a strong work ethic.

• Good physical fitness and energy for an active, hands-on night role involving manual handling.

• Experience in multi-temperature environments and using the ‘Qpick’ system is a great bonus!

• Reliability and flexibility to work night shifts on a 2-in-7-days rota pattern.
