Availability & Working Hours

• Contracted Hours: 14.00 hours per week (with opportunities to discuss flexible working arrangements or reduced hours down to a minimum of 12 if preferred).

• Required Weekend Availability Window:

  • Saturday: 06:00 – 14:00

  • Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00

• Note: You will receive 3 weeks' notice of your exact shift schedules. Applicants must be over 18 years of age for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Put customers at the heart of everything you do, greeting shoppers with a smile and serving with passion and pride.

• Store Operations: Work flexibly across store service, picking, and replenishment areas, and occasionally help accept store deliveries.

• Product Care & Standards: Handle products carefully to maintain high quality, reduce waste, and keep shelves well-presented.

• Team & Community Spirit: Take part in seasonal and community events, building strong relationships with colleagues to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
