Working within our busy in-store pharmacies, you will deliver exceptional patient care and friendly customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
Accurately assembling and processing prescriptions while adhering to strict Standard Operating Procedures.
Engaging warmly with customers regarding personal health issues, guiding them to the right products, and driving awareness of additional pharmacy services (such as Prescription Collections and Medicines Use Reviews).
Supporting the Pharmacist with health services like blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes.
Collecting prescriptions from doctor surgeries on behalf of customers.

What You Will Bring
Customer & Healthcare Focus: Naturally friendly, compassionate, and comfortable discussing personal health matters with customers.
Organization & Detail: Strong computer literacy, sharp attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to complete accredited training—moving from a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months to full training as a Dispensing Assistant.
