Dementia Ambassador

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is delighted to recruit on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for a dedicated Dementia Ambassador to join their team in Bisley, UK. This meaningful role focuses on driving excellence in dementia care by working directly with residents and upskilling care teams on best practices.

Collaborating with the Home Manager and Dementia Development Lead, the Dementia Ambassador will model exemplary person-centred care while implementing strategies that enhance the daily lives of residents. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships, facilitate guidance, and deliver interactive learning to elevate care standards in Bisley, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical and emotional care to residents living with dementia while establishing meaningful connections.

• Model care best practices, providing coaching, guidance, and training workshops to colleagues.

• Collaborate on care planning to introduce tailored strategies that address changing resident needs and abilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting individuals living with dementia and a solid grasp of person-centred care principles.

• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.

• Level 3 Vocational Qualification in Health and Social Care is preferred.
