Partnering with Kier, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to connect detail-oriented professionals with a permanent Reactive Planning Coordinator role based at the Picketts Lock Depot in London. Play a vital operational role ensuring the smooth flow of maintenance orders from start to finish, managing resources effectively, and keeping essential highways and infrastructure works running like clockwork.
What You Will Do
Order Allocation: Assess incoming work orders and allocate them to the appropriate operations teams.
Resource Management: Manage daily resource allocation across the network to guarantee seamless project delivery.
Compliance & Permits: Plan works within service lead times, ensuring accurate permit submissions and managing applications such as TMAN, TTROs, road closures, and suspensions.
Backlog & Liaison: Manage work backlogs and collaborate closely with clients, supervisors, and local authorities to resolve any delays and maintain clear communication.
What You Will Bring
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with NRSWA, LANTRA, and Street Manager, along with an understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
Systems & Coordination: Experience with works management systems and a passion for coordinating resources efficiently.
Sector Experience: Background in highways, utilities, infrastructure, or construction—or a strong desire to build a career in a fast-paced operational environment.
Collaborative Spirit: A natural team player who builds strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and supply chain partners.
