The Opportunity

At Supportive Bridge Staffing, we believe that great leadership drives great business. We are currently recruiting a resilient, confident, and trusted Deputy Store Manager to step into a vital part-time role with a major, fast-paced retail powerhouse at their Purley Way store in London.

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be the cool, calm, and collected presence on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll handle everything from managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to stepping up with full ownership of the store when the Store Manager is away. • Salary: £41,800 - £50,600 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Lead by Example: Set a spectacular, positive standard for both the store team and your customers.

• Store Ownership: Independently manage all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Team Development: Motivate, support, and inspire your colleagues to perform at their absolute best.

• Operational Excellence: Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till areas, and closely monitor KPIs.

• Compliance & Service: Deliver unmatched customer service while competently maintaining Health and Safety laws and guidelines.

What You’ll Need

• Proven management experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, open, and approachable manner.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, paired with a knack for time management and delegation.
