About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit an experienced and motivated Team Leader for a retail store in Newtownards. In this full-time afternoon shift role, you will take charge of running your department on a day-to-day basis, leading by example, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Guiding, supporting, and motivating team members on the shop floor.
Managing stock levels and keeping daily operations running seamlessly.
Welcoming and supporting new starters as they build their skills.
Stepping in to solve problems and collaborating with store management to uphold high retail standards.
About You

Organised & Reliable: You juggle tasks effectively, manage priorities, and take responsibility to follow through on goals.
Positive Attitude: You bring high energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do mindset to every shift.
Experience: Previous background working in a retail or customer-facing environment, with good communication skills and flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
