About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced and dedicated Night Senior Carer for Bayleaf Care Home.
In this important night-shift leadership role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, your responsibilities will include supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team with tasks such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews, and always safeguarding the dignity, comfort, and preferences of our residents through the night.
About You
To join us as a Night Senior Carer, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience & Knowledge: Specific knowledge of clinical care for older people and proven experience in a care setting.
Attributes: A warm-hearted, compassionate disposition and a strong commitment to delivering individualized support. (With ongoing training and clear career pathways into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles, there are exceptional opportunities for progression!)
