Are you an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) seeking an exceptional bank rate (£24.65/hr) combined with total schedule flexibility and clinical autonomy?
At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently recruiting Bank Registered Nurses (RGN) on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the clinical care team at Cherry Blossom Manor Care Home in Bramley Green.
In this flexible nursing role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents in a modern, supportive environment. Exercising your clinical judgment to make critical care decisions, your responsibilities will range from administering medicines safely and conducting clinical risk assessments to updating tailored care plans and leading shift care staff with professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Holistic Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care that addresses the physical and mental health requirements of residents.
Medication & Governance: Administer medication safely and manage clinical inventory in accordance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines and NMC standards.
Care Planning & Compliance: Formulate comprehensive care plans, execute detailed risk assessments, and uphold regulatory compliance with DoLS/MCA frameworks and CQC standards.
Shift Leadership: Supervise and guide care assistants on duty, serving as the lead clinical professional during your shift.
Flexible Coverage: Step in across day or night shifts on a casual basis to provide essential cover for staff annual leave, sickness, or peak clinical demands.
Requirements & Qualifications
Professional Registration: Active, unencumbered NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Clinical Expertise: Up-to-date clinical practice knowledge, medication management experience, and proven care planning capabilities.
Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
