Night Care Assistant

This permanent full-time night shift position requires alternate weekend working and offers comprehensive training, making it an excellent opportunity for both experienced carers and those entirely new to the care sector.

In this fulfilling role during the night shift, you will deliver compassionate care and support to help residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and routine. Working closely with night colleagues, you will assist in implementing individual care plans and fostering a safe, supportive, and motivating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with night-time personal care, mealtime or snack assistance, and mobility routines while promoting personal autonomy.

• Collaborate with the care team to identify residents' individual goals and implement tailored care plans.

• Support residents with night-time care needs in a safe, peaceful, and homely environment.

Requirements

• A compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented approach dedicated to placing residents at the heart of care delivery.

• Availability to work full-time night shifts, including alternate weekends.

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for ongoing learning via internal training and coaching programs.
