In this engaging role, you will design and lead personalized activity programs that encourage residents to remain active, independent, and socially connected. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative, personalized activity plans that support residents' independence, well-being, and personal goals.

• Collaborate with families, residents, and local communities to host engaging events and meaningful social experiences.

• Apply initiative, creative thinking, and flexibility to introduce fresh activity ideas while maintaining a mature, resident-focused approach.
