We are currently recruiting a Night Shift Team Member on behalf of a major national food-on-the-go retailer known for its energetic team culture, great benefits, and welcoming work environment.
About the Role
As a Night Shift Team Member, you will play a crucial role in keeping the shop operational, clean, and prepared for peak trading hours. Your work ensures that customers receive fantastic service across all channels (in-shop, Click & Collect, delivery, and drive-thru) and that high store standards are maintained overnight.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Provide warm, fast, and friendly service to overnight and early-morning customers.
Product Preparation: Prepare fresh food products, bake items using ovens, and maintain consistent quality.
Overnight Shop Upkeep: Clean, sanitize, and organize work stations, food display units, and customer areas.
Stocking & Merchandising: Ensure display counters are fully stocked and beautifully presented for opening.
Candidate Requirements
No Experience Required: Complete comprehensive training will be provided—no prior retail or night-shift experience necessary!
Shift Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work 3 night shifts per week on a flexible rota.
Positive Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working overnight hours in a fast-paced environment.
