Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to recruit a collaborative, determined, and energetic Customer Assistant (Night Shift) on Old Kent Road in London. In this fast-paced retail role, you will work together as a team to maintain high standards night after night.

This isn’t just stacking shelves—this is feeding families. From unpacking night-time deliveries and keeping access areas clear to ensuring the store is spick, span, and fully stocked before doors open, you will play an essential role in preparing the store for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Night Deliveries: Precisely unpack deliveries through the night during the week and weekends while ensuring all access areas remain clear for drivers.

• Store Presentation: Keep the store spick and span, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.

• Merchandising & Stock: Help organize specific areas for promotions, special offers, and carry out regular stock rotation and freshness checks independently.

What You’ll Need

• Knowledge or experience of working in a fast-paced environment (ideally with previous night shift experience).

• Good attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly and react positively to changing priorities.

• Self-motivation, drive, and the passion to work hard and contribute to your store's success.
