We are partnering with the luxurious Richmond Village in Aston on Trent, Derby, to find a talented and passionate Cook on a part-time basis. Set within a refined retirement community, this unique role spans across the care home, restaurant, and clubhouse, offering fantastic work-life balance with no late nights or split shifts.
As a Cook through Supportive Bridge, you will bring your experience from busy, quality kitchens to deliver high standards across a variety of cuisines, ensuring residents and customers enjoy an exceptional dining experience.
Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals to a consistently high standard.
Respond effectively to residents' and customers' dietary needs and personal preferences.
Maintain strict cleanliness, organisation, and food hygiene safety regulations at all times.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods, assisting with stock rotation and storage.
Learn and develop new culinary techniques under the guidance of senior chefs while remaining calm in a fast-paced service environment.
Previous experience working in busy, quality kitchens with a passion for delivering excellence across a variety of cuisines.
