About the Role

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Regional Care Assistant to deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care across a 20-mile radius. In this dynamic role, you will monitor care delivery, contribute to person-centred care planning, record vital observations (such as temperature and blood pressure), and provide wonderful companionship and meaningful one-to-one time with our residents.
What You Will Need
Experience & Qualifications: A background in elderly care and a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care and GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) are highly desirable.
Requirements: Because you will be travelling across a 20-mile radius, you must have your own car or ready access to one. (Mileage is covered when travelling over five miles from your main home).
