About the Role

We are recruiting a Bank Activities Assistant to provide casual, flexible cover at Wood Grange Care Home in Bourne.

In this fun and deeply rewarding role, you will help design and deliver creative, engaging activity programmes that suit residents of all interests and abilities. From organizing group events and craft sessions to spending meaningful one-to-one time getting to know residents' life stories, you will play a central role in enriching daily life, boosting wellbeing, and fostering social engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and leading imaginative, fun, and varied activity sessions.

• Spend time getting to know residents' individual hobbies, interests, and life histories to tailor activity plans.

• Encourage and motivate resident participation in activities within the home and local community.

• Support events, celebrations, and festive occasions that align with our "celebrating life" ethos.

• Maintain flexibility to cover planned absences, leave, and extra activity days as needed.

About You
