Supportive Bridge is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Domiciliary Care Assistant to join the team at Richmond Villages Wood Norton in Worcestershire.

This is a flexible bank opportunity supporting residents within a luxury retirement village. As all care is provided on-site, no travel is required. You'll provide compassionate, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and continence care.
Support residents during mealtimes and with mobility where required.
Encourage social, mental, and physical wellbeing through daily activities.
Respond to emergency care calls when needed.
Work alongside healthcare professionals and the wider care team.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Deliver high-quality care while promoting residents' independence and dignity.

Requirements

Experience in a care or dementia setting is desirable.
Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Caring, compassionate, and reliable approach.
Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
