Role Description

As a Swim Instructor, you will lead structured individual and group swimming sessions, adapting your teaching methods to foster a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for every swimmer.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging individual or group swimming lessons aligned with the Swim England framework.

• Adapt teaching techniques to cater to diverse abilities, helping participants achieve their personal swimming goals.

• Build warm, positive relationships with members while highlighting the benefits of facility memberships.

Requirements

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, inspiring approach.

• Proven passion for teaching and working with swimmers of various age groups and skill levels.
