We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit a skilled and motivated Reliability Engineer for their advanced manufacturing site in Hereford. Key Responsibilities
Asset & Reliability Management: Take engineering responsibility for a specific operational area, monitoring equipment downtime and analysing trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintenance & Planning: Maintain high levels of equipment reliability through an effective planned maintenance regime, review completed job sheets, and support robust weekly/monthly maintenance plans.
Project & Contractor Support: Lead and coordinate installation and capital projects, schedule OEM service visits, and collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and on-shift engineers.
Data & Problem Solving: Produce downtime data for weekly meetings, interact with site engineering teams to resolve complex equipment issues, and track engineering KPIs.

What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Engineering qualification at Level 3 or above (HND, HNC, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is desirable/considered based on experience).
Experience: Proven experience gained within an engineering maintenance environment.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good IT literacy, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal communication.
Desirable Extras: Knowledge of CMMS systems (Mainsaver / Spidex), CAD experience, and previous experience with project management or onsite contractor management.
