Nestled in a beautiful, semi-rural location just off the main road in Weldon, Manor Field is a safe and welcoming residential home supporting five male and female residents. The residents have a primary learning disability diagnosis, and some are also autistic. Surrounded by lovely countryside views, our team is entirely dedicated to ensuring our residents live their best lives, building their self-esteem, physical health, and emotional well-being.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker and Key Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that empowers residents to live with dignity, independence, and real choice.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Daily Living Support: Providing personal care and helping residents with daily living tasks.
Community & Activities: Encouraging and assisting residents to participate in hobbies, social events, and community life.
Goal Setting: Acting as a key worker for individuals, helping them set personal milestones, track their progress, and achieve their chosen outcomes.
Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate daily notes, charts, care plans, and records.
Relationship Building: Developing positive, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and your colleagues.

👤 What You’ll Bring to the Role

What We Are Looking For:

Approach: A naturally caring, respectful, and person-centred approach to supporting others.
Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
Mindset: Reliable, flexible, and capable of thinking innovatively to solve problems.
Experience: Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential—full, comprehensive training is provided!
