Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with Lidl to recruit a collaborative, determined, and energetic Customer Assistant in Poole. In this full-time, fast-paced retail role, no two shifts are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Act as a Lidl expert, offering a warm smile and helping customers with questions, queries, and requests.

• Store Presentation: Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, organized, and fully merchandised.

• Stock & Deliveries: Efficiently work incoming deliveries and maintain stock levels across all areas.

• Specialized Tasks: Proactively bake fresh goods to keep the bakery stocked and expertly manage non-food middle-aisle displays.

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.

• Flexibility to start a shift early or finish late, including weekends, as required.

• A positive, adaptable attitude toward changing daily priorities.
