Taking a hands-on approach, you will lead by example alongside your team, actively participating in day-to-day cleaning while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation throughout every room and living space. Your keen eye for detail and ability to motivate others will make the home a shining example of a high-quality care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the housekeeping team to achieve exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Take a hands-on approach by actively participating in daily cleaning and housekeeping duties across the home.

• Ensure every room, communal area, and living space is pristine, safe, and welcoming.

• Monitor stock levels, manage rotas, and oversee housekeeping resources effectively.

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff through warm and professional communication.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven housekeeping experience within a care home, hospital, or hotel environment.

• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
