Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading health and wellbeing facility to recruit a dedicated Clean Team Member to join their team in London, UK. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across the club’s facilities.
Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will manage your schedule on an ad-hoc basis to support operational needs and peak times. You will be responsible for creating a pristine, welcoming environment for members and guests, ensuring that cleaning routines are carried out seamlessly without disrupting the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare various areas of the club, including gym floors, changing rooms, shower areas, and poolside facilities.
Safely operate specialist cleaning equipment such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners.
Carry out routine waste removal and assist with scheduled periodic deep cleaning tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar commercial, domestic, or healthcare cleaning role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
Friendly communication skills to interact effectively with team members and club visitors.
