Housekeeper (Part Time)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Part-Time Housekeeper to join The Bridge in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within a specialist neurological rehabilitation and complex care service. Working as part of a supportive housekeeping team, you will play an important role in ensuring high standards of cleanliness for service users, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain wards, bedrooms, offices, communal areas and visitor spaces.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
Work closely with the maintenance and facilities teams.
Maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment.
Follow infection prevention, health & safety and cleaning procedures.
Build positive relationships with staff, visitors and service users.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department.
Attend mandatory training and comply with organisational policies.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a similar environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Reliable, organised and self-motivated.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
