Salary: £40,889.21 - £45,583.51 Per Annum + Inner London Weighting (£4,236.47) (CGL points 36 to 40)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a high-calibre, visionary permanent Project Manager for the pioneering City of London Inpatient Detoxification and Stabilisation (IPD) Framework.
In this vital senior management role, you will lead an innovative, cross-sector initiative commissioned by the City of London Department of Community and Children’s Services. You will manage end-to-end provisions, oversee an easy-to-navigate online referral portal, build collaborative relationships with commissioners and consortium partners, and ensure seamless, inclusive care and bed space management for vulnerable London residents and rough sleepers.
Project & Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end framework delivery, referral administration, case tracking, and day-to-day management of the online referral portal.
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with subcontracted partners, commissioners, and referring providers across London.
Resource & Quality Assurance: Manage resources, oversee bed space logistics, deliver partner inductions/training, and drive continuous service improvement.
Team Leadership: Manage a small, dedicated team to support service user choice, co-production, and seamless inpatient transitions.
Project Management Background: Proven senior experience managing complex health, social care, or community-focused projects and multi-stakeholder frameworks.
Communication & Analytical Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills with strong analytical capabilities for resource management.
Sector Understanding: Solid understanding of substance misuse services, health inclusion groups, or inpatient commissioning arrangements.
Requirements: Proactive, collaborative leader. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service during the first five years (up to 30 days).
