Anchor is looking for a Care Team Leader at Hurst Park Court in Huyton, a care home for up to 41 older people, rated Good by CQC and offering a dementia-friendly environment.

What you will do:

Work closely with the Deputy Manager to run shifts and allocate staff
Carry out medication procedures and care assessments
Make sure care meets regulatory standards and residents get consistently high-quality care
Lead and motivate the care team

What they are looking for: relevant care experience and leadership skills, plus a real passion for caring for others. Anchor offers training towards a Level 3 qualification and beyond. All applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK.

Hours: 42 hours a week.
