Supportive Bridge Staffing is delighted to partner with Lift Four Dwellings Secondary in recruiting reliable, organized, and vigilant Exam Invigilators to join their team.
In this flexible role, you will support the smooth running of examinations during key assessment periods throughout the academic year. Working alongside the Exams Officer, you will ensure exam conditions are maintained fairly, securely, and in strict accordance with national JCQ and school regulations. Full training and guidance will be provided, so prior experience as an invigilator is not required.
Exam Hall Setup: Prepare examination rooms, seat plans, and desk materials in advance of student arrival.
Student Guidance: Provide clear instructions to students at the beginning and end of exams; maintain a calm, quiet, and structured testing environment.
Active Supervision: Supervise candidates throughout exams to uphold integrity, prevent irregularities, and handle candidate queries promptly.
Paper & Material Handling: Distribute and collect exam papers, script booklets, and supplementary materials securely and confidentially.
Access Arrangements: Assist students receiving approved access arrangements or extra time where required.
Incident Reporting: Report any candidate queries, illnesses, or procedural irregularities to the Exams Officer immediately.

Prior experience in a school environment or exam invigilation is a plus, but not required (full training provided).
