As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play an essential role in creating a wonderful, engaging dining experience for our residents. Working within a luxury care setting, your warmth and dedication will ensure that every mealtime is a social, comforting, and enjoyable part of the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
Set dining tables to high standard operating procedures.
Keep the front of house clean, tidy, and well-presented, ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
Ensure fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods, and fresh fruit options are accessible and replenished in the bistro areas.
Pay close attention to individual resident dietary requirements and personal preferences.

Experience & Qualifications: Experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel is desirable. A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial, alongside high standards of personal hygiene.

Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
