About this role
Monzo, the UK digital bank, is hiring Backend Engineers at the Engineer III level. You will join a squad that builds and runs part of Monzo's in-house banking platform, working with product, design, data and other engineers.
What the role involves:
- Building and supporting backend services for products used by millions of customers
- Working across areas such as payments, security, financial crime, customer operations and data
- Being matched to a team at the end of a shared interview process, based on your skills and interests
Working pattern: London office or remote anywhere in the UK, with no fixed office-attendance rule. Part-time working is considered.
Pay: £85,000 - £110,000 base, plus incentive awards and benefits, including a £1,000 yearly learning budget.
