Role Description

This part-time position involves working alternative weekends and offers structured training and induction pathways suited to both experienced carers and those new to the care sector.

In this vital overnight role, you will deliver compassionate, person-centered support to help residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence. Working closely with the care team, you will support personalized care plans and ensure a safe, calm, and welcoming environment throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with night-time personal care routines, settling, and morning preparation, promoting personal autonomy and comfort.

• Work collaboratively with team members to implement tailored care plans aligned with residents' unique goals and health needs.

• Support a secure, peaceful, and homely environment during night shifts.
