This flexible bank position offers you full autonomy over your shift schedule to support your personal lifestyle while benefiting from specialized training through Care UK's internal Learning Academy.

In this engaging and rewarding role, you will design and deliver personalized activity plans that enrich the daily lives of residents. Working closely with residents, families, and the local community, you will create fun, stimulating, and meaningful experiences that encourage physical activity, promote independence, and help residents explore new interests in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents to identify individual interests and goals, developing and delivering tailored activity programs.

• Organize creative, engaging, and physical activities that foster a lively, motivating, and homely atmosphere.

• Build connections with families and local community groups to organize meaningful events and enrich social opportunities for residents.

Requirements

• A creative, enthusiastic, and proactive approach with a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of care home residents.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with a mature and reliable outlook.

• No prior experience required; enthusiasm to learn and engage with training programs through the internal Learning Academy.
