About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Night Care Assistant for a permanent night position in Mollington.
Working alongside the Deputy General Manager and clinical staff, you will play a key leadership role during night shifts, ensuring residents receive person-centred, compassionate care in a warm and dignified environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising, guiding, and inspiring a team of Care Assistants during night shifts.
Supporting the clinical team in specialist areas, such as administration of medication, care planning, risk assessments, and reviews.
Providing hands-on personal care and support while respecting each resident’s dignity and preferences.
Maintaining precise care records and ensuring shift handovers run smoothly.
Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and reassuring environment throughout the night.
About You
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care (required).
Experience: Proven experience in care settings with specific knowledge of clinical care for older adults.
Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise, motivate, and mentor care staff.
