About the Role
As a Support Bridge / Support Worker representing Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will play a crucial role in leading, mentoring, and guiding individuals through daily transitions, care plans, or operational support requirements. Working closely with our clients and service users, you’ll lead by example—supporting your peers, keeping daily routines running smoothly, and making sure everyone receives the highest standard of compassionate care and service.
Whether it’s helping manage daily tasks, supporting new staff members through their onboarding, or stepping in to solve challenges on the ground, you’ll be a dependable, go-to person on the team. You’ll work hand-in-hand with management to maintain exceptional standards and keep your team motivated, focused, and empowered.

Previous experience in a care, support, client-facing, or leadership environment.
