About this role
Key Responsibilities
Supervise care shifts, allocate tasks, and work alongside care staff to meet residents' daily care needs.
Administer medication, perform risk assessments, and manage personalized care plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Work closely with home leadership to continuously develop service standards and foster an inclusive workplace.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience) with demonstrated team leadership skills.
Experience in medication administration and a strong understanding of care planning processes.
Excellent organizational, delegation, and IT skills paired with a passionate, caring approach.
