Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations, allocate duties effectively, and manage the safe administration and recording of medications.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred, alongside proven leadership or shift supervision experience.

• Strong organizational capability, digital literacy, and a practical understanding of care planning workflows.

• Experience in or willingness to undergo training for medication administration, paired with a desire to enrich residents' lives.
