Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit four passionate, motivated, and dedicated permanent Recovery Coordinators to join their busy and vibrant East Birmingham Team based in Stechford.
In this rewarding role, you will support service users from the point of entry through their treatment and recovery journey. By providing screening, assessments, recovery planning, onward referrals, and group facilitation, you will help reduce drug and alcohol-related harm, promote social reintegration, and empower individuals to lead meaningful, purposeful lives.
Assessments & Care Planning: Support service users through their recovery journey, providing screening, assessment, tailored recovery planning, and onward referrals.
Group Facilitation & Intervention: Facilitate engaging group sessions and deliver person-centred support that builds resilience and self-determination.
Harm Reduction & Advocacy: Work to reduce drug and alcohol-related harm for service users and the wider community while providing advocacy for access to partnership services.
Social Reintegration: Encourage carer, service user, and community involvement to help individuals achieve long-term, positive change.
Experience & Knowledge: Strong understanding of substance misuse issues and practical experience working within a similar health, social care, or support field.
Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good IT proficiency, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to time management.
Professional Commitment: Ability to manage change constructively, maintain information governance standards, and commit to continuous professional development.
Requirements: Supportive team player. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
