As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Tesco to help candidates connect with fantastic retail careers. Tesco is currently seeking a dependable and dedicated Tesco Colleague Nights to join the temporary team at their Alfreton store in Derbyshire.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role offering great variety, stability, and strong night-shift hours. Working overnight across store service, picking, and replenishment areas, you will help ensure the store is fully prepared to give shoppers a fantastic experience every single day.

Availability & Working Hours

• Contracted Hours: 30 hours per week (temporary night-shift position).

• Required Availability Window (Night Shifts):

  • Sunday: 22:00 – 07:00

  • Monday: 22:00 – 07:00

  • Tuesday: 22:00 – 07:00

  • Friday: 22:00 – 07:00

  • Saturday: 22:00 – 07:00

• Note: You will receive 3 weeks' notice of your exact shift schedules. Applicants must be over 18 years of age to apply for this night-shift role.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Store Readiness: Put customers first, maintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring stock is ready and brilliantly displayed.

• Store Operations: Work flexibly across store service, picking, and replenishment areas, and occasionally help accept store deliveries.

• Product Care & Standards: Handle products with care to maintain high quality, reduce waste and shrink, and drive store performance.

• Team Spirit: Work collaboratively with a diverse, inclusive team, communicating openly and supporting team success.
