Salary: £22,277.00 – £22,989.00 per annum (Actual Salary) + Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) & Lift Schools Benefits

Supportive Bridge Staffing is excited to partner with Lift New Forest to recruit two Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated educational support team.

Working alongside classroom teachers, you will help secondary students access learning, build academic confidence, cultivate independence, and achieve their full potential.
Learning & SEND Support: Assist students with diverse learning needs, including those with SEND, ensuring lesson content is accessible and engaging.
1:1 & Small Group Interventions: Guide individual students or small groups through targeted learning activities to consolidate core concepts.
Fostering Independence: Help young people develop independent learning habits, problem-solving skills, and self-confidence.
Classroom Collaboration: Work in partnership with teachers to help deliver, assess, and scaffold high-quality lessons.
Wellbeing & Mentorship: Build positive, trusting relationships with students that support their emotional wellbeing and engagement in school life.
Qualifications & Development:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) OR a strong willingness to work towards this qualification with school support.
Basic IT proficiency to support digital learning tools.
