Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate Housekeeping Assistant to join our team on a flexible bank contract. In this key role, you will help make a daily difference by maintaining immaculate cleanliness standards and ensuring our residents feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the home, working closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff.

• Vacuum, mop floors, polish surfaces, and ensure the general upkeep of all communal areas and resident bedrooms.

• Manage daily housekeeping stock levels and raise any requests or issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Multitask efficiently to balance various responsibilities while keeping resident happiness front and centre.
